So apparently Homeland Security imprisoned the creator of channelsurfing.net for 5 years... for anyone who doesn't know on that site (now seized by homeland security) there were basically just links to television channel streams, nothing uploaded on the site itself... granted he made a little profit off of it, but what's to stop them from using to same logic to imprison even myself for my previous blog post which contains a song on youtube? seems pretty ridiculous to me, your thoughts?
